Pet Portrait day raises over $700 for Georgian Triangle Humane Society

They say not to work with animals and children. Well, not only do we photograph babies for a living, but on Saturday we opened up our Pet Portrait Day to all pets! Although we did not get the anticipated lizards, gerbils and horses, we did get two cats. Donations from our dog and cat owners, plus a percentage of our print sales totalled over $700 for the Georgian Triangle Humane Society. That means we achieved our goal of raising more than the $500 we raised last year! We had a great time meeting new people and pets, and reconnecting with some people and dogs from last year. Thanks to everyone who came!
