April & Matt's Wedding Day

April & Matt were married at Nithridge Estates a new venue in Ayr Ontario, which April's mum has built. It' been a strange summer so far, weather wise.  It seems what little nice weather we've has happened during the week and the weekends have been, for the most part pretty dismal.  This Saturday was no exception.  The whole day threatened rain and at one point just before the ceremony it looked like we'd all get wet.  April and Matt were married in the amphitheater at Nithridge, which is a spectacular spot but is open to the elements. Fortune smiled on them though and the rain held off and the sun even managed to make a brief appearance as  they were announced at the end of the ceremony.  It was a wonderful occasion and the highlight for us (as photographers) was being able to use the old farm house on the property for photographs - here's a few of our favourites from the day.
