With grey skies and rain threatening most of the time we were shooting we headed out to shoot Amy & Brock. About the only good thing about grey, rain laden skies is that it produces a really soft light. It's not that dramatic but does make everyone look beautiful. It was a wet wedding day in Midland when we photographed Stephanie and Alec. Still there was plenty of warmth and we managed to get some great shots of Stephanie and Alec.

Amanda and John were married on 17th January. It was our first wedding of the year and our first winter wedding ever. Two of the most lovely people you are likely to meet and obviously madly in love with each other! It was a great wedding. Kudos to the wedding party for being up to tramping through the snow and braving the cold! Kudos also to John and Amanda for being up to two sessions outside. We think it was worth it.

Annette and Michael's wedding was held in the Catholic Church in Collingwood with the reception at the Georgian Bay Club. Photographs were taken at various locations between Collingwood and Thornbury. It was a great day.

The CIBC Run for the Cure was held today in the Harbor View Park, Collingwood. By the time the run started, the grand total raised was over $140,000, which is an amazing amount considering the size of Collingwood. So kudos to all the runners and those who sponsored the event for making it so successful.

A few shots from the four hours we spent photographing the 1st Annual Cedar Run Hunter Pace. It was a very dark day which although made capturing action challenging did saturate the colours wonderfully.
